Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous United States.

Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options — including UPS® Next Day Air, UPS® 2nd Day Air, and UPS® 3-Day Select — are available at checkout for an additional cost.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories, shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Expedited shipping options are also available for these locations.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.  

If you receive an error message during checkout stating that a product in your cart cannot be delivered to your location, please contact us to explore any available shipping options.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges do not include customs duties or taxes.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country.
  • If a customer refuses delivery due to duties or taxes, they will be responsible for any costs incurred by Eureka Golf Products
  • Great Golf Memories is unable to estimate or cover these additional charges.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring imported products comply with local regulations.

 

Processing & Production Times

Although the majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, please refer to the published processing time on the specific product page for the most accurate information.

Because many of our products are personalized or handcrafted, some items may require additional production time before shipping.

Choosing an expedited shipping method speeds up delivery transit time, but does not reduce processing time.

  • For example, if a product requires 2–3 business days for production, it will ship using your selected expedited method after production is complete.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and produced.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout to help reduce transit time; however, expedited shipping does not guarantee a delivery date.

If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible. While we do everything we can to ensure your purchase arrives on time, delivery schedules are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

In-Hands Date: When adding a product to your cart, you will have the option to provide a requested in-hands delivery date. For some products, this information is required. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requested timeline and may contact you if there are any questions or concerns. Rush charges may apply.

 

Order Confirmations & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if anything appears incorrect.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your confirmation emails.

 

Payment & Order Processing

Orders can be placed securely through our online checkout system powered by Shop.

We accept all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. When you place your order online, we obtain authorization for the total amount on your credit card, but do not process the credit card charge until your order ships.  

In some cases, such as larger custom orders or backordered products, exceptions to this process may apply. If needed, our team will reach out to you in advance.
