How long will it take for my order to ship?

Typically, we ship our orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, all of our products have different processing times.

Please refer to the Processing Time section on the specific product page for a more accurate estimate.

Will selecting an expedited shipping method speed up the processing time for my order?

Unfortunately, it does not. Our production team still needs the same amount of time for the customization of your order.

If your order requires no customization, there is a chance that your order will ship out the next business day at that desired expedited shipping method, but that is not guaranteed.

Do you ship Internationally?

You bet! We proudly ship worldwide. If you would like to learn more about our international shipping policy, please click here.

What if I input my customization information incorrectly?

No worries! If you need to make any changes to any of your customization details, please click here to contact us with your order number and the necessary changes.

I did not receive an order confirmation email.

Please be sure to check your spam or your junk folder in your email inbox. If found, please be sure to mark us a 'Not Spam' so that you receive important updates about your order.

If you have input the incorrect email on the order, we can update that for you and forward any necessary emails.

How do I cancel my order?

We're sorry that you have changed your mind but please click here to contact us with your order number. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel your order without penalty.

Why does my bank statement look like I've been charged twice?

When you complete your purchase online, an initial hold is put on your account for the amount of the purchase. That is held until we actually ship and charge for your order.

Once your order is shipped, we then capture the funds from your account. Sometimes the initial pending hold takes an extra day or two to fall off your account, but we can assure you that you have not been double charged.

Who is Eureka Golf Products and why are they appearing on my credit card statement?

Eureka Golf Products, Inc. is the name of our parent company with Great Golf Memories. We are all one in the same!

How do I check the balance of my Gift Card?

You can easily check the remaining balance of your Gift Card by clicking on "View Gift Card Balance" in the original email where you received for your Gift Card.

If you need additional assistance or can't find that original email, please click here to contact us with your Gift Card number and we will reply by the next business day with your remaining balance.

Don't have your Gift Card number? No worries! We still will be able to locate that remaining balance for you. Please provide the email address that the Gift Card was originally sent to and we will be able to provide you the remainder.

Do you have Image / Logo Requirements?

We accept your logo artwork for approval via email or uploaded to your order on the product page. Please include your order number in the subject line if emailing your logo after your order is placed.

We require Editable Vector Art in commonly used formats including Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, EPS, JPG and PDF. Your artwork will be scaled to fully utilize the imprint area. Colors should be as PMS spot colors. Additional set up charges to those stated in the products may apply for non-vector artwork or complex artwork that has to be fully redrawn.

Font types may be specified for text, but if it is a type of font we do not have, we will match it a close as possible or ask for a font file.

For most orders with logos, you will be emailed a proof of your logo/text for approval before production can begin.

What trophies do I need for a Tournament?

Please see our list below of some of the standard trophies that we create for golf tournaments, plus some others!

Event Winners: 1st place, 2nd, place, 3rd place. Depending on the tournament (member/guest, co-ed), may need multiple trophies for each place.

Longest Drive: Typically two awards, one for the front nine and one for the back nine. Co-ed events may designate both men's and women's longest drive.

Closest to Pin: As many awards as there are par 3's. Co-ed events may designate both men's and women's award.

Tournament/Tee Prizes: most golf events will gift a gift to every participating player.

Fun Awards: Some examples of these awards would be "Highest Score", "Shortest Drive", "Most Putts", "Most Lost Balls".
