At Great Golf Memories, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the information below before requesting a return or exchange.
To Request a Return
Please email orders@greatgolfmemories.com with the following information to request a return and refund.
- Order Number
- Your name
- Reason for return
Our team will then contact you by email within 1-2 business days with next steps and return instructions.

New & Unused Products
We gladly accept returns of new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, packing materials, and packing slips must be included
- Returns must be approved by Great Golf Memories before being shipped back
Please note:
- Customized, personalized, and special-order items cannot be returned
- A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items to help cover the original free shipping costs
- If expedited shipping was selected, restocking fees will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Please do not ship products back until return authorization and instructions have been provided by our team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 7 business days of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly:
- Keep all original packaging and packing materials
- Save the original shipping box and any included documentation
- Be prepared to provide photos of the damage
Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
